How we choose our clinics
We work with a small number of fertility clinics, on purpose. Before we recommend a clinic, it has to meet every point below, and we check again every year.
Fully licensed
Licensed by the DHA or DHCR, with current approval for everything it advertises.
An accredited laboratory
Your eggs and embryos are handled in an accredited embryology lab with experienced embryologists.
Named, qualified specialists
You know who your doctor is, and their licence can be checked.
Clear, all-in prices
The clinic tells you upfront what's included and what isn't, so there are no surprises halfway through.
A fair cancellation policy
If treatment stops, you know in advance what is refunded.

10 questions to ask any fertility clinic
Whichever clinic you choose, these questions get you clear answers before you pay anything. Save them, screenshot them, or take them to your consultation.
What is your live birth rate per egg retrieval for women my age?
"Pregnancy rate" isn't the same as a baby.
What exactly is included in the package price?
Check monitoring scans, anaesthesia, lab work, ICSI, embryo testing and the first year of storage.
What will my medication likely cost?
It's often billed separately and can add AED 4,000–8,000 or more. Ask for a range for your dose.
How many eggs would you expect for me, and how many cycles might I need?
A good answer uses your age, AMH and scan, and is honest if more than one cycle is likely.
Who will do my procedure, and will I see the same doctor throughout?
Continuity matters, especially if you need more than one cycle.
Which tests do I need before starting, and are they in the price?
Blood tests like AMH, scans and screening are sometimes extra. If you've already had recent tests, ask if they can be used.
What does storage cost after the first year, and for how long?
In the UAE, eggs can be stored for up to 5 years, or 10 with approval. Ask about yearly fees.
What happens if my cycle is cancelled or I decide to stop?
Ask what is refunded at each stage, and get it in writing.
Do you offer payment plans or multi-cycle packages?
Some clinics discount a second cycle or offer instalments. Ask what the total would be.
How soon can I start, and how do I reach you during treatment?
Ask about waiting times, and who answers your questions on a weekend or late at night.
